On the territory of Aquapark with an area of 3 hectares, it is planned to place 4 pools, sports grounds for futsal, badminton, tennis courts, recreational attractions on water and land, summer cafes, children's playgrounds. The water park will operate for 100 days a year. It is planned to equip the water park with modern fiberglass tension membrane structures with a special waterproof and fire-resistant coating. The project was developed by the famous Brazilian engineer Nelson Fidler, who has 35 years of experience in creating tensioning structures. His firm built 1,760 designs, developed more than 18,000 design projects worldwide.

Equipping an aquapark with canopies will allow organizing the functioning of an aquapark regardless of weather conditions. On its territory it is planned to hold banquets, celebrations, weddings, presentations in the open air, which will allow developing the catering business of the Companies.
